I Taylor presents scholarship

cartie Vinzant (right), a graduate of East Rankin Academy, is the recipient of the Sylvia Ann Graham Haywood Memorial Scholarship at East Cen– tral Community College in Decatur. She is pic– tured with Forest resi– dent George Taylor, a member of the colleg~'s Foundation Board of Directors, during the annual ECCC Scholarship Awards Program held in Huff Auditorium. A luncheon was held in Mabry Memorial Cafete– ria following the awards ceremony. During the 2015 event, 146 students received 129 scholar– ships estimated at $106,587.
