shooting a two-under par 142 (73, 69) over the 36 holes of the tournament. As a team, ECCC shot a 36-over par 612. The Warriors improved 16 strokes from the first to the second round. Gulf Coast won the tournament over Spring Hill College on the first hole ()fa sudden-death playoff after both teams fi nished 36 holes with a score of 577. ECCC entered the tournament ranked No. 5 in the nation in the National Junior College Athletic Associ· ation Men's Golf Division II poll and No. 7 in the Golfstat Relative Rankings.
The Warriors fi nished the fall portion of the 2015-16 MACJC season with two third-place finishes, one fourth and a fifth. Other ECCC golfers participating and their scores included sophomore Andrew Joiner out of Spanish Fort High School in Daphne, Ala., 155 (81,74), which tied for 22nd place; sophomore Tristan Hernandez of Leake Academy, 156 (78, 78), which tied for 25th; freshman Seth McCormick out of Newton County Academy, 165 (82, 83), wtlll:h ti(•d for 4l)th; frl'Shman Kade
