• DECATUR-Chris Evans of Meridian has been selected a childcare

attendant at East Cen– tral Community Col– lege. Evans, who began his new duties in August, serves as a caregiver for children enrolled in the col– lege's daycare center, which is part of the

Early Childhood Edu– cation Technology pro– gram. Prior to joining the ECCC staff, he worked at the Charles Young Head Start Center in Meridian and the Porter-Leath Head Start Center in Memphis, Tenn. Evans received his associate degree in Early Childhood Education Tech– nology from Ea-,t Central Community College.
