ECCC plans recognition for q/umnae East Central Com– munity College will recog– nize alumni association award recipients during the Homecoming celebra– tion Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, in Decatur. Polly Matthews Gordon (Class of 1954) of Union is this year's Alumna of the Year, · and Dr. Jack C. Evans (Class of 1972) of Laurel was selected Alum– nus of the Year. Former football stand– out and coach Dan Chat– wood (Class of 1959) of Fairhope, Ala., and Forest native and former football player Thomas Hannah (Class of 1958) of Spar– tanburg, S.C., are this year's Athletic Ha ll of Fame inductees.
