nity College's basketball squads began season action on a positive note by posting easy victories over Coahoma Communi ty College Monday, Nov. 3 in Clarksdale. The Lady Warriors cruised 92-64 and the Warriors won handily by a 76-55 margin. Tashi-Ana Thompson led the EC women with 19 points in the non-divi sion matchup. Thompson is a sophomore guard and product of Miller Grove High School in Lithonia, Ga. Also scoring in double figures were Samantha Duncan of Oak Grove, 14; and Tynika Bender of Newton, 10.
