Shelby McGrew (center), a 2014 graduate of lake High School, is the recipient of the Russell Mccann Memorial Scholarship presented at East Central Community College in Decatur. During the 2014 event, more than 120 students received 124 endowed or annual scholar- ' ships totaling approximately $89,000 in value.
