Also pictured is Hugh Carr, who, along with his three brothers, established the scholarship In 1996 In honor of their mother, a former sec ondary school teacher. The award was presented during the annual ECCC Scholarship Awards Program held June 12. During the 2014 event, more than UO students received 124 endowed or annual scholarships totaling approximately $89,000 In value.
