Anthony Emmons, a 2014 graduate of Lake Hl&h School, is the 2014 recipient of the R.O. and Bertha Han· nah Scholarship presented at East Central Community Col· lege in Decatur. The award was presented during the annual Scholarship Awards Program held June 12. A luncheon was held In Mabry Memorial Cafeteria follow ing the awards ceremony. During the 2014 event, more than 120 students received 124 endowed or annual scholarships totaling approx· imate)y $89,000 In value.
