ECCC PBL headed to Nationals June 25-28

These East Central Community College students took top honors during the annual Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference held in March on the campus of Mississippi University for Women in Columbus. Advisor Christy Ferguson said, "For the first time ever, all 13 PBL participants placed first at the state conference and advance to national competition." That competition is scheduled June 25-28 in Nashville. In addition, Theta Chi Chapter was one of only two chapters in the state to receive recognition as a Gold Seal Chapter and was also recognized for its fundraising efforts for the March of Dimes. Bradley and Harris also re ceh ed second place awards in Cyber Security and Sales Presentation, respectively. Third place honors were awarded to Chance Lovern in Personal Finance and Hannah Clark in Retail Management. Easley was elected State PBL Secretary and Ickom was selected for Who's Who in PBL.
