Buckley smashes way to East Central victory

Ty Buckley continues her success at the plate as the sophomore slugger helped lead East Central Community College's fast-pitch softball team to a sweep of Hinds Community College Saturday. Buckley belted two home runs, a single and collected four RBis in a 10-2 victory In the second game of the twin bill. She is a product of Neshoba Central High School. EC won the opener, 5-2. The Lady Diamond Warriors improved to 23-7 overall and 8-4 in the MACJC South Division following the sweep.
