TOPS IN EC WELLNESS COMPETITION

The "Real Contenders" took top honors during the East Central Community College Wellness Warrior Healthy Habits Challenge. The competition, which was held during October and November, was a points-based event that challenged employees to eat healthier, drink more water and exercise. "There were 109 participants In the Chal lenge," said Dr. Krista LeBrun, event chairperson. "Many participants stated this was just the motivation they needed to get their health on track and that this was a fun activity to complete with theif colleagues."
