La-Z-Boy gives back to community

Officials at La-Z-Boy in Newton are shown presenting a $5,000 check to East Central Community College representatives for the proposed Football Operations Center. La-Z Boy took advantage of the naming opportunities made available in the new facility and will have the company name on an assistant coach's office. A longtime supporter of the college, the company was also one of 20 table sponsors for "Laying the Foundation: An Evening with Tony Dungy," which also benefited the new football faclllty. La-Z-Boy also sponsors an annual scholarship at the college. Estimated to cost $4.8 mllllon, the new Football Operations Center will be locatM in the north end of Balley Stadium and will include a
