PBL students donate to ECCC Project Phi Beta Lambda students are doing their part to help raise funds for Operation Upgrade at East Central Community College 1n Decatur. The special "Technology in the Classroom" project involves Installation of a technology standard in classrooms and labs throughout the College including a ceiling-mounted projector and a computer with Internet access and · motorized screen. Cost is estimated at $4,500-$5000 per room or $225,000 - $250,000 to complete the project.
