STUDENT RECEIVES SCHOLARSHIP The Citizens Bank and Scott Central Attendance Center presented Kimberly Rigby, far right, with a $500 scholarship award last week. The scholarship was based on Rigby's grades during her senior year. Rigby, a resident of the Piketon communi– ty, plans to attend East Central Community College and study criminal psychology. Presenting the scholarship was Debra Herring, principal at Scott Central, and Dymple Winstead of The Citizens Bank.
