Prestage receives Mosal Scholarship Sophomore Cain Prestage of Leake Academy is the recipient of the Dr. Margaret Mesal Memorial Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. This scholarship was established in 1997 by the late Dr. Shelby Harris to provide financial assistance to deserv– ing students at East Central Community College. It is named in honor of the late Dr. Margaret Mesal of Canton, former executive director of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges. (EC Photo)
