Receives scholarship Sophomore Stephen May (left) of Leake Academy is the recipient of the Johnson-Taylor Memorial Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. Also pictured is Susan Taylor of Decatur, who, along with her husband, Bruce, established the scholarship in 2008 to honor the memory of their parents, Elmer and Frances Johnson and Wilson and Marguerite Taylor. The award was presented during the annual AT&T Scholarship Awards Program held June 16 in Huff Auditorium. A luncheon was held in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria following the awards ceremony.
