East Central Community College graduating sophomore Lalia Peavy of Carthage addressed classmates at the College's 83rd Commencement held Saturday, May 12, at the Neshoba County Coliseum in Philadelphia. Peavy stressed the impor tance of setting goals and believing in one's self during her remarks.
