East Central Community College's Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa was recently recognized as a Five-Star Chapter, the highest level a chapter can attain. Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for two-year colleges with more than 1,200 chapters located in the United States, U.S. territories, Canada and Germany.
