ECCC (Free Enterprise 'project winners Taking top honors for their advertisement promoting "Simply Sweets Store" are (second from left) Jennifer McAllister, Karliscia Moore and Kiera Parker; who are members of Usa Greenwood's business and computer technology class at the Philadelphia/Nashoba County Career-Techmcal Center. Information on owning and operating a business was recently pre– sented to the career-technical students by members of East Central Community College's Theta Chi Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, an organization for business students. Students in Lucas' class used the information to create an idea for a new business. The class was divid– ed into groups and challenged to design advertisements for various businesses, which ranged from a sweet shop to a clothing store. Also pictured are PBL members Chelsea Gilmer (left) and Hannah Harrison, both of Philadelphia. (Submitted photo)
