Receives State Farm scholarship Sophomore Kitty Stewart (center) of Philadelphia is the recipient of the State Farm Insurance Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The award was presented during the annual AT&T Scholarship Awards Program held June 16 in Huff Auditorium and followed by a luncheon in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria. The recipient is shown with local State Farm agents Bob Douglas (left) of Newton and Will Wren (right) of Meridian. This scholar– ship was established in 1999 by agents in th'e College's district of Leake, Nashoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties and is awarded each year to a nontraditional stu– dent.
