Participates in EC orientation Dion Yearwood, right, of Philadelphia was among area stu– dents who attended orientation activities held Friday, June 24, in preparation for the 2011 fall semester at East Central Community College in Decatur. The Neshoba Central High School graduate is shown planning his class schedule with assistance from Brenda Johnson, computer technology instructor, who also serves as a class adviser. In addition to registering for fall classes. students attending orientation will have an opportunity to reserve or check on the status of their dormitory room and financial aid, purchase textbooks and have photos made tor identification cards and the College yearbook. Additional orientation sessions are scheduled Fri– day, July 15; and Friday,Aug. 5. Fall classes begin Thursday, Aug. 18.
