Golfers representing Associates Insurance in Carthage once again took top honors in the lOth Annual Warrior Golf Classic held June 30, on the Oaks Course at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Choctaw. The winning team - comprised of Aubry Cox, Jimmie Bell and Larry Waggoner, all of Carthage and Bob Jordan of Kosciusko - posted an 18- under par 54 to win the four-person select for a third straight year. The Cox team has won the cor– porate division four con- secutive years. . The Southern Pine Electric Power team - whose members included Cox and
Chad Lewis and Jason Mangum, both of Decatur, and Jason Siegfried and Michael 'Thibert, both of Brandon - came in second with n score of 56. Twenty-one teams par– ticipated in the annual ECCC Alum:"l; Association-sponso~e fundraiser for studem scholarships, which this year netted nearly $8,200.
