ECCC provides 'Toys for Tots' Christmas dreams will become a reality for many area needy children thanks to the gen– erosity of the staff and student body at East Central Community College in Decatur.The Col– lege recently participated in the U.S. Marine Corps' "Toys for Tots" campaign, an annual campus project coordinated by the career-technical division.
