Jessica L. .Jessica Cager Cager. 24, died Sunday afternoon when she lost control of her ear and hit a tree, the Mississippi Highway Patrol reported. The accident occurred on Hwy. 21. near the Dixon Community in Neshoba County. Cager wa a 2004 Union High School graduate and earned an AA degree in Liberal Arts from East ~entral Community College m Decatw· in '>008.
