Hillary Hobby, a 2010 graduate of Noxapater High School, is the recipient of the Andrew Wilson Lathem Scholarship at East Central Community College In Decatur. The award was pr~ sented dunng the annual AT&T Scholarship Awards luncheon held July 20 in Mabry Memorial cafeteria. Pictured with the recipient is ECCC academic counselor Lanette Hanna.
