Evans honored Bobbie Evans, a 2010 graduate of Carthage High School, received the Hubert D. Gilmore Scholarship at East Central Community College, presented dur– ing the annual AT&T Scholarship Awards Luncheon. The schol– arship was established in 2000 to benefit stu– dents needing finan– cial assistance who agree to tutor other students who need aca– demic help.
