East Central welcomes new Phi Theta Kappa members New members of East Central _Community College's Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for t~o-year colleges, were recogruzed during the annual spring induction ceremo– ny held Sunday, Feb. 28, on the Decatur campus.
