Jenkins wins scholarship

She received the honor from Joe Klllens, right, vice president for student services. Jenkins, a 37-year-old freshman and pre-nursing major, earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average last fall and qualified as a President's List Scholar. A 1990 graduate of Scott Central High School, Jenkins is married to Duran Jenkins and has two children, Lee Taylor and Brittany Taylor, and three step- children, Krystal Jenkins, Rachel Jenkins and Jen– nifer Jenkins. Nontraditional student scholarships are provided students age 23 or older who meet the scholarship guidelines.
