back Gabe Loper (6-4, 195) of Newton County High School in Decatur, University of South Alabama; wide receiver Fabian Johnson (5-10, 180) of Coa– homa County High School in Clarksdale, University of t\orth Alabama; and wide receiver Radarious Owens (5-11, 180) of Quitman, University of North of ·orth Alabama. The football standouts will transfer to their respective universities in Jan. 2011. Coach Anderson said adctitional players are expected to receive mid-year scholarships and will be announced at a later date.
