East Central Community College in Decatur continues to provide free Adult Basic Education and General Educational Development– Preparation instruction at various locations in the College's five-county district. In Newton County, .classes are offered from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday and from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in Ethridge Hall, Room 10 on the ECCC South Campus.
