Stephens continued her edu– cation and basketball career at Delta State Universtty and later Mississippi College before transferring to William Carey University in Hattiesburg. At William Carey, she received a bachelor's degree in English education and master's degrees in English education and secondary education. She was a three-year starter for the Lady Crusaders and was select– ed an NAJA Scholar Athlete in 2009 and 2010. She was also selected Outstanding English Major. Stephens. who has coached at several baskt:lb.ill ~"lilllp:. and clinics, is a welcomed addition to Coach Bill Smith's Lady Warrior staff.
