Stacey Hollingsworth of Decatur was awarded a doctoral degree in Community College Leadership from Mississippi State Unlverslty on May 1, 2010. Hollingsworth, the daughter of Jimmy and Iva Dean Smith of Decatur, is currently employed at East Central Community College as the Executive Director for Founda tion and Alumn1 Relations. Herwork at ECCC involves coordinating fundrals– ing efforts, coordinating homecoming activities and luncheons, malntalnlng the alumni database, distributing correspondence to aJumnJ and friends of the college, and coordinating grunt writing activ– ities.
