Chancellor, shown above with his wife, Betty, is a 1963 graduate of then East Central Junior College in Decatur. He joins 14 other coaches and/or athletes representing the state's community and junior colleges who received the prestJgious honor at the fourth annual induction ceremony hekl April 27.
