Winston Medical Center participates in Customer Service Workshop The staff of the Winston Medical Center of louisville participated in a cus– tomer service workshop titled "Give'Em the Pickle" that covers the impor– tance of service, attitude, consistency, and teamwork. This workshop was made possible through a partnership between the ECCC Workforce Devel· opment Center, the ECCC Small Business Development Center, and the West Alabama East Mississippi WIRED Initiative. Shelley Thomas, ECCC Advanced Skills Trainer, {standing) is serving as the facilitator of the workshop and is available at the ECCC Career Advancement Center, located in the old Spar– tus facility, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
