ECCC 'Historic' Practical Nursing Graduates... Above are the first graduates of East Central Community College' s Dual Enrollment Practical Nursing Program, who were r ecognized during a pinning ceremony held Dec. 15, 2009, in the Vickers Fine Arts Center on the Decatur campus. Students completed the four-semester program while also attending their respective high schools. Most of the funding is provided by a grant from the State Board for Community and J unior Colleges. Graduates and their respective high schools include (from left) Ashton Acord, Newton County; Brittany Brown, Newton County Academy; Amanda Graham, Newton County; Fallon Matter, Neshoba Central; Sba'Nequa Pinkston, Union ; and Audriann Thomas, Newton County.
