ECCC Students helping keep highways clean These East Central Community College students display several bags of trash recently collected on Hwy. 15 south of Decatur. The students are mem– bers of Theta Xi 01apter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor soci– ety for two-year colleges, and participate in the highway clean-up as a com– munity service projed.
