Boulton serves as assistant drum major and is a freshman from Newton County r Iigh C::chool. He served two years as drum major f01 the Cougar Marching Band and received .111-supcrior ratings at state festival. ln addition, he rcccivt•d all-superior and best in class in the West Lauderdale Excalibur Marching festi-.al. He is the son of Nelda McDonald and James Boulton, both of Decatur. Thomas W.
