Woodruff Receives Wilkes-Palmer Scholarship at ECCC · Katie Woodruff (left) is the 2009 recipient of The Wilkes-Palmer Scholarship presented during the AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held July 16 at East Central Community College .In Decatur. Woodruff is a graduate of Louisville High School. The scholarship was established by the late Ms. Elgie Chatham in honor of her parents. Also pictured Is Romonica Evans of the College's Student Services staff. More than 90 scholarships totaling approxi– mately $70,000 were awarded at the annual event, which recognizes donors and recipients of various scholarships.
