Robinson receives Leatherwood Scholarship at ECCC Jaqlene Robinson (left) Is the 2009 recipient of The Frank and Nena Holt Leatherwood Scholarship pre– sented during the AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held July 16 at East Central Community College In Decatur. Robinson, is a returning sopho– more at ECCC, is a graduate of Noxapater High School. The scholarship was established by family and friends in memory of the two longtime educa– tors. Representing the donors Is Frank Leatherwood, Jr. (right).
