Foreman at ECCC....Alton Foreman (right) recently retired follo\\ing 27-1/2 years of sen ice in the mainte– na nce department at East Central Community College in Decatur. Foreman, a groundskeeper whose duties also included drh ing buses for the c.ollege's athletic teams, began hts employment in 1981.
