Scott Coun(ians Receiving GED Diplomas These Scott County area residents are b~ginning a new chapter in their lives after receiving high school equivalency diplvmas at the annual GED (General Educational Development) Graduation ceremony held July 24, 2008, at East f'entral Community College in Decatur.
