Tollet and Buckley receive ECCC art scholarships __;,__,

East Central Community College art instructor Bruce Guraedy (right), who also serves as chairman of the Division of Fine Arts, recently presented art scholarships to freshmen Brandi Tollett (left) of Louisville and Chris Buckley (center) of Union. Tollett received one of two full-tuition academic art scholarships, which are awarded each year to the art majors with the highest grade point averages after the first semester. Buckley received an art service scholarship, a one-half tuition scholarship awarded to art majors who assist with set designs for theater productions, design layouts for art shows and other special programs and who serve as lab assistants for the art and ceramics labs on campus. There are eight art service scholarships available each year.
