Locals named to ECCC Cheerleaders East Central Community Col– lege recently announced mem– bers of the 2008-2009 football and basketball cheerleading squad. They "{ere selected dur– ing tryouts heid on the Decatur campus. Those chosen and their respec– tive high schools mclude Dakota Anthony of Neshoba Central, Anna Munn, Kacy Covert, Erin Huffman and Matt Naylor, all of West Lauderdale; Abby McMil– lan, Anna Williams and Daniel Steverson, all of Newton County Academy; Emily Thrash of Sebastopol, Kayla Adcock of Winston Academy, Juley Taylor of East Rankin Academy, Adri– enne McDill, Jonathan Federick and Austin Crouther (mascot), all of Newton County; Will Emmons ofLake and Kolby Sis– son ofNoxapater HuellenWatson serves as spon– sor.
