Also pictured and representing the district supervisors are Charles Moulds (standing, second from right), president of the Newton County Board of Supervisors, and Harold Reynolds (standing, right), president of the Nashoba County Board of Supervisors. Recipients not pictured are Tiffany Lowery, Sebastopol High School, and Emily Pace, Newton County High School. These scholarships were estab– lished in 1996 by the State Association of Supervisors.
