ECCC CLUB DONATES TO DECATUR SIREN PROJECT: SkillsUSA students at East Central Community College in Decatur recently raised funds for the Decatur Siren Proj– ect, which involves the purchase of fiveweather-alert sirens. Mayor Cater said 75% of the funding will come from grant money. The remaimng $25,000 is being raised on the local level.
