Recipients not pictured are Tiffany Lowery, Sebastopol High School, and Emily Pace, Newton County High School. These scholarships were established in 1996 by the S'tate Association of Supervisors. The awards were presented during the College's annual AT&T S.::holarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, June 12, in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria.
