ECCC presents gifts for needy children Christmas came a little early for residents of the Sunbelt Christian Youth Ranch near Lake, thanks to the generosity of students and staff members at East Central Community College in Decatur. Numerous bags of toys, clothes, candy and other food items were presented Dec. 18 to the youngsters from representatives of the College's Phi Beta Lambda chapter, an organization for business students.
