Honored for service V.C. Manning, right, of Philadelphia was recently honored for his service as a member of the East Central Community Col– lege Board of Trustees. Manning, former Neshoba County Superintendent of Education, served on the ECCC Board from 1988-1996 and 2004-08. He also served a term as Board Chairman in 1994 and 1995.
