ShawJoins ECCC Board George Shaw (center) of Philadelphia, the recently named Supt. of the Neshoba County School Drstrict, was welcomed as a new member of the East Central Community College Board of Trustees at the groups October meeting on the Decatur campus. The new trustee is shown with Board Charrman Prentice Copeland {left) and ECCC President Dr. Phil A. Sutphin. Shaw, who rs in his 29th year with the Neshoba County School Drstrict, has accumulated 43 years rn ed rcation while serving in various capacities. He resides in the House community with his wife, Jean, and mother-in-law, Edna Ross. The Shaws have a son, Nathan and help take care of infant grandson, Lake Sagan Shaw. The Shaws are members of Beacon Street Baptist Church . (EC Photo)
