''Before I took this job. East Central had trouble u·ansferring art credit hours to all senior, institu– tions in this state." Guraedy recalled. "We also had articulation problems «md a very lim– ited budget. Thankfully many improYements have been made in the program. one of which is requh·i.ng students to pre– pare a portfolio of art– work before they transfer to senior institutions. Now very tew East Cen– tral students have trouble transferring art credits to senior insUtntions and several have even received art pm:tfolio scholarships...
